Accommodation

  •  Rooms have been booked at special rates in two hotels close to the Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa. To receive one of the special rates your booking must go through the official registration system.
  • Your Credit Card details will be required to secure the booking but will not be initially charged. These details will be used by the hotels for security only.
  • In instances where delegates do not show, or cancel after 20 May 2009 (30 days notice), the hotels reserve the right to charge your credit card for one night’s accommodation and to cancel your booking.
  • It is the individual responsibility of the delegate to clear their account upon checking out.
  • Rooms may be shared, however, if sharing, make sure only one person books the room.
