Alzheimers New Zealand has pleasure in inviting you to exhibit at the
Alzheimers New Zealand Conference held in Wellington on 6-8 May
2010. The theme for the conference is “People Policy Partnerships”.
Alzheimers
New Zealand's National Board – National Board will be hosting the biennial Alzheimers
New Zealand Conference which is set to attract a wide range of
people. This conference is a must for people in the health sector
including health professionals, residential care facility managers, professional and
home carers and families, people with dementia and policy makers along
with researchers.
Registration
is now open for those who wish to hold an exhibition stand at the
conference and we welcome your participation in what promises to be a
well-attended conference incorporating respected international and
national keynote speakers with specialist knowledge.
Exhibit Information
- Exhibition space is in the Renouf Foyer at the Michael Fowler Centre, Wellington;
- Exhibitors will be given access to the trade area from 10am – 1pm 6th May to set up;
- Each booth space is 3m x 1.8m
and comes with freestanding panels, chairs, spotlights, table,
power (if required) and name sign.
Exhibitors Registration Fee Covers
- One exhibit trade personnel
- Free entry into conference lectures
- Morning, afternoon teas and lunches
- Reception and Launch of National Dementia Strategy, Thursday night (extra tickets can be purchased for $45)
- One conference satchel, programme & name badge
- One ticket to the conference dinner (additional tickets can be purchased for $100)
Exhibitors Registration Fee: $1,500.00 + GST = $1687.50
Additional Trade Personnel: Additional trade persons will be charged $425.00
( + GST = $478.12)
and this entitles them to conference lectures, morning, afternoon
teas and lunches, reception Thursday night, one conference satchel,
programme, name badge and attendance to the conference dinner.
