A
range of accommodation options have been especially negotiated for
conference delegates, these rates will only be available when you
register
for the conference through online registration.
Payment
for Accommodation
A
credit card number must accompany your booking request. This will be
forwarded to the hotel/B&B as a guarantee and you should pay
the
balance of your accommodation account directly to the hotel/B&B
upon departure. Delegates are responsible for all room, tax and
incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy
One
room night charge applies for any cancellations received to the
secretariat office less than 30 days prior to the conference.
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the conference
secretariat.
