Full registration fee includes all conference sessions for two days,
Powhiri, welcome reception, conference programme and
bag, lunch and tea/coffee breaks.
Day registration includes conference programme and bag, conference
sessions on the day you have registered, lunch and tea/coffee breaks on
day you have registered.
Wednesday day registration includes the Powhiri. For catering purposes
you must indicate if you plan to attend.
Day registration does not include any of the social functions. If you
wish to attend any of the social functions, tickets can be purchased
using the registration form.
Presenter registration fee includes all conference sessions for two
days, powhiri, welcome reception, conference
programme and bag, lunch and tea/coffee breaks.

A powhiri will be held on Wednesday morning to begin the
conference. For catering purposes you must indicate if you
plan to attend.

Inclusive
for full registrations only
$40.00 per guest.
Meet and network with colleagues, supporters
and exhibitors at our opening "Meet & Greet" welcome reception.
Attending the welcome reception is included in the full delegate
registration fee. However, for catering purposes you must confirm attendance,
or we will presume that you will not be attending. You may purchase an additional ticket for your guest, or if you are
a day registrant.

Crawl
Wednesday 15th September 7.30 till late
Venue:Trafalgar Street Cafes, Nelson
Dress Code: Casual
Optional:
$60 per person
This is a fun evening visiting three of Nelson's great café's,
and a great way to network while enjoying the local cuisine; includes
entrée, main course and dessert. The café crawl is not
included in your registration fee.
Tickets $60.00 per person.

- All registrations must
be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque (drawn on
a NZ bank) or direct credit in New Zealand dollars
- Please make cheques
payable to: “CAMHS Conference 2010”
- Overseas cheques
cannot be accepted
- Direct credits should
reference your invoice number and organisation. Account information can
be found on your invoice.

Cancellation
and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the
conference secretariat.
Cancellations received by
13 August 2010 will not incur a cancellation fee, however,
cancellations received
after 13 August will incur a $75 administration fee. No
refund will be given for cancellations received after 1 September 2010.
Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time with out charge.

Requirements
Should you have special needs for food or mobility requirements, or
have any other special requirements please let us know when you
register.
