Presenter Timeline
4th April
Submission Deadline for invited speaker and free communication abstracts.
2nd May
Submission Deadline for student abstracts.
3rd May
Invited speakers and free communications comments from reviewers will be
provided to the corresponding author for consideration.
16th May
Final date for the invited speaker and free communication corresponding authors to
return their revised abstract.
17th May Student abstract comments from reviewers will be provided to the corresponding
author for consideration.
23rd May Free communications and invited speaker presenters/authors notified whether or
not their paper has been accepted for presentation at the conference.
7th June Final date for the student authors to return their revised abstracts.
Review Timeline
4th April
Invitation sent to reviewers.
4th April
Reviewer confirms that they can review or suggests an alternative reviewer.
18th April
Blinded abstracts are sent to reviewers with appraisal form to complete.
3rd May
Reviewers’ comments will be provided to Free communications/Invited speakers
corresponding authors for consideration.
3rd May
Student abstracts sent to reviewers.
16th May Free communications/invited speakers revised abstracts returned to reviewers.
17th May
Reviewers’ comments will be provided to student corresponding authors for
consideration.
7th June
Final date for the student corresponding author to return their revised abstract.
