registration of NZ $415 = approx US$250 (due to exchange rate fluctuations) includes one day programme, morning and
afternoon tea, lunch and all seminar material only.
Payment Details:
Payments
can
be made via direct credit or by a credit card. Delegates must be
registered. Payment instructions are stated on the Confirmation
email.
Cancellation
Policy:
Cancellations
must be notified in writing. Cancellations received after 20 April 2009
will incur a cancellation fee of NZ $150, cancellations received after
6 April 2009 will be liable for full registration fee and will not
receive a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another
participant at any time.
