On behalf of the NZNO National Division of Infection Control Nurses thank you for attending the 28th National Infection Control Conference held at the Rutherford Hotel, Nelson, from the 26th-28th August 2009.

The theme of our conference was “Infection Control – the WOW Factor – Tenacity, Energy, Humour!”  We had lots of fun whilst we increased our knowledge and strengthened networks.  We have assembled a slideshow of images from the fabulous conference dinner at the World of WearableArt and Collectable Cars Museum. This conference was an opportunity to assemble some of the enormous talent and energy that we have within our own shores complemented by invited overseas guests.  Our theme was particularly relevant to the infection prevention and control challenges we face today and we hope you left Nelson feeling inspired and energized, ready to meet these with the WOW factor!
