The conference
organisers have negotiated special rates for
conference delegates at a number of hotels in Rotorua and hotel
bookings are available
on the online registration form. These rates include New Zealand 12.5%
goods and services tax (gst) and are based on single/double or twin
occupancy.

Payment
for Accommodation
A
credit card number must accompany your booking request. This will be
forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee and you should pay the balance of
your accommodation account directly to the hotel upon departure.
Delegates are responsible for all room and incidental charges.
Accommodation
Cancellation Policy
One
room night charge applies for any cancellations received to the
secretariat office from 20 June onwards. Cancellations must be made in
writing and sent to the conference secretariat.
Please
note:
One night’s accommodation will be debited from the supplied card if
delegates fail to arrive on the specified date and the remainder of the
booking will be cancelled. Delegates must settle the balance of their
account with their hotel on check out.
