Full registration fee includes all conference sessions for three days, Mihi, Rainbow Reading Drinks and Nibbles, Conference Dinner, conference programme and bag, lunch and tea/coffee breaks. To qualify for Member Registration you must be an existing Member of RTLB. Full registrations may be shared amongst members of the same school - only one person should register.
Presenter registration fee includes all conference sessions for three days, Powhiri, conference programme and bag, lunch and tea/coffee breaks. Does NOT include a ticket to the cafe crawl or conference dinner. Only primary presenters qualify for the presenter registration rate. There can only be one primary presenter per workshop. All secondary presenters must register at the regular conference rate. Powhiri – Wednesday, 23 September  A Mihi Whakatau will be held on
Wednesday morning to begin the conference.For catering purposes you must indicate if you plan to attend. Café Crawl – Wednesday, 23 September Nelson has many fine Café’s for you to visit and enjoy the local cuisine. We have three Café Crawl ‘Teams’ – one to the waterfront visiting Saltwater, Waterfront and the Boat Shed Café; one to café’s below the Cathedral steps – Victorian Rose, House of Ale, and Café Affair; and a third to Nelson’s café’s close to the Queens Gardens – Verdict Restaurant & Ale House, Harry’s Bar and the Indian Café. You will visit each restaurant/café once for either an entrée, main or dessert. Rainbow Reading Drinks and Nibbles - Thursday, 24 September This is a chance to meet the exhibitors and network, included in registration fee.  Conference Dinner – Thursday, 24
SeptemberLeaving the Trafalgar Centre at 6.30pm, take a bus tour through Nelson and around the waterfront to the World of WearableArt and Classic Cars Museum. Dinner commences at 7.00pm. This function is inclusive with full conference registrations. If you wish to purchase an additional ticket for your spouse/partner or if you are a day or presenter registrant and wish to purchase a ticket you may do so on the registration form. Additional tickets $80.00 per person For planning your travel: The conference will open: Wednesday 23 September – registration opens at 8.00am The conference will close: Saturday 26 September – at 1.00pm Free time for touring or shopping will be available on Saturday 26 September from 7.00 – 9.00am to visit Nelson’s Saturday Market and view local produce, arts and crafts. |
