Retirement Villages Association Annual Conference
28 – 30 May 2007 Wellington

We are delighted to invite you to the annual Retirement Villages Association Conference 2007.
The conference runs from the 28th until the 30th of May, 2007 with site tours up the Kapiti Coast, on the 31st.

This year our theme is “Making Retirement Capital”, being that it is set in the stunning and cultural location of Te Papa in Wellington, New Zealands Capital city.  With the new legislation this is an important time for the Retirement Sector and our conference promises a program which will inform, entertain and really bring home what is happening in Retirement this year.

This is a particularly important and very timely conference, falling between some of the key dates for the final stages of the implementation of the legislation and code. The legislation represents a long and demanding journey which has at times been challenging but at all times interesting and positive for the industry. We look forward to having discussion with you about the issues that remaining outstanding, the opportunities ahead and how we may ensure that our industry continues to grow and develop as it provides great lifestyles to increasing numbers of people in NZ
