Registration includes, conference satchel, Tuesday's opening
breakfast, teas, lunches and ticket to the Cocktail Party (which is
open to all delegates and their partners).

Payment
Options:
The full payment of registration fees must be made within 7 working
days from the day of registration. To qualify for the Early
Bird
prices, the payment must be made prior to 14th May.

Please note that the payment on your statement will show as
"Conferences & Events Ltd".

a cheque

Events, PO Box 1254, Nelson; or pay by Direct Credit (details will be
shown on your Invoice)

All registration forms must be
accompanied by
a cheque or credit card details. Please make cheques payable to: RVA
Conference 2007.
Cancellation
Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations received
before 30 April 2007 will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 1
May 2007.
Registrations can be transferred to another
delegate at any time.
