Positive Psychology and Humour in the Workplace

Pat, the Joyologist, specializes in humour and positive psychology, and
is a member of the International Humour Foundation and has toured
internationally with Patch Adams.
Included in her giggliography are some ground breaking achievements,
testimony to her obvious ability to successfully combine her business
acumen, creativity, and wit.
Initially a Registered Nurse she worked for 16 years in Education and
Management roles and was part of the group of nurses in NSW that took
nurse education out of hospital based training and into
Universities.
In 1989 she founded her own Advertising Agency, Take One Productions
and won many awards including the NSW Tourism Award, Media Section and
an award from Cacharel in Paris.
With a personal vision of inspiring others to live into their life
purpose and direction with humour and joy, she has presented over 300
humour based programs in the last 3 years. Vivacious and
empathic, she gets more smileage out of her encounters by turning
lemons into lemonade and aims to do the same for her clients. |

Paul Kernot

Paul has inspired and coached over 10,000 business owners –
managers and individuals. He delivers an in-depth knowledge of
performance psychology and confidence building techniques.
His inspirational sessions deliver practical skills that give delegates the courage needed to take life-changing action.
Paul’s background includes 10 years of real estate practice in
London, 20 years in the sales, marketing and motivational fields, and a
lifetime involvement in sports, including being a competitive swimmer
and coach. All of this combined has given him a keen
understanding of personal achievement and business success, he has
learnt the importance of technique and self belief and has a clear
understanding of achievement psychology. |
