Registration
Fees
Registration will be open on Monday 1st of March and will close on
Friday 25th of June
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.
Full
Registration fees include; entrance to all conference sessions,
conference handbook, satchel, lunches and tea/coffee breaks, Konica
Minolta Happy Hour and Conference Dinner.
- Early Reg Fee - $250 inc GST (by
Monday 10th of May)
- Full Reg Fee - $300 inc GST (from Tuesday 11th of May until Monday 28th of June)
- Non Members Full Fee - $550 inc
GST (until Monday 28th of June)
Non
members - application for registration
Only school staff in
relevant positions employed by the Board of Trustees are eligible to register
as non members.
The National
Executive of the SEO Association will advise if your registration application
has been accepted and approved within 20 working days.

or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice
will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the
conference bank account details)
Payment
Details
- Full payment of registration fees
must be made prior to the conference.
- Credit
card - Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions
will be emailed to you in your registration confirmation letter.
- All
registrations must be accompanied by credit card details, a cheque
(drawn on a NZ bank) or direct credit in New Zealand dollars
- Please make cheques payable to:
“SEO Conference 2010”
- Overseas cheques cannot be accepted
- Direct credits should reference
your invoice number and organisation. Account information can be found
on your invoice.

Cancellation
and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be notified in
writing by email to seo2010@confer.co.nz.
- Cancellations received by 14 June
2010 will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received after 14
June will incur a $75 fee.
- No refund will be given for
cancellations received after 30 June.
- Registrations can be transferred
to another delegate at any time.
