Please note, the Member fees apply to Individual Members and employees working for an EEA Gold (Large), Silver (Medium)/Bronze (Small) Corporate Member. The EEA Gold (Large) Corporate Members are: ABB, Chorus, Meridian Energy, Orion NZ, PowerCo, PowerNet, Transfield Services, Transpower NZ, TrustPower Ltd, Vector and Wellington Electricity.
Please note there is an additional cost to attend the Conference Dinner.
- The Full Registration includes all Morning & Afternoon Teas, Lunches and the Social Hour on Wednesday evening and Social Hour on the Thursday evening.
- The Half Day Registration on Wednesday includes Lunch & Afternoon Tea and the Social Hour.
- The One Day Registration on Thursday includes Morning & Afternoon Tea, Lunch and the Social Hour.
- The One Day Registration on Friday includes Morning Tea and Lunch only.

Graduate Registrations:
EEA have recently introduced a Graduate Membership. One of the benefits is that it allows Graduate members to receive one free Conference registration over the two years you are deemed a graduate. For more information or to become a Graduate Member, please click here. If you would like to use your free registration next year, please select the Individual Member fee.
Exhibitors Registrations:
Registered exhibitors are welcome to attend the formal opening of the Conference, and one Conference session only. Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form. The number of complimentary trade exhibitor registrations available per stand is shown on the Stand List, Click here to view.
If you wish to have additional Exhibitors registered on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlement, you will need to complete a Trade Exhibition Registration. The person from your company who booked your Trade Exhibition Stand/s will have been sent an email with a link to online Trade Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences & Events) in February 2017. This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration/s and additional Trade Exhibitor registrations. The cost for additional exhibitor registrations is $495.00 inc GST before April 21, and $545.00 inc GST thereafter.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to Conferences & Events at [email protected].
Cancellations received by 1 May 2017 will not incur a cancellation fee, cancellations received between 2 May and 20 May 2017 will incur a $100 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received after 20 May 2017. Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time.
