This time does not include parental or other relevant leave.<\/p>\n<h2>Accompanying Person<\/h2>\n<p>This option is if you wish to bring someone along to the catering breaks each day, the Icebreaker Reception on Sunday 30 July and the Symposium Dinner on Thursday 3 August. The cost is $550 per person.<\/p>\n<p>Additional Guest Icebreaker Reception and Symposium Dinner Tickets<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to purchase additional guest tickets to the Social Functions, the cost is $70 for the Icebreaker Reception and $120 for the Symposium Dinner. You will be able to purchase multiple tickets when registering.<\/p>\n\t<h4>Payment<\/h4>\n<p>Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit\/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are in $NZ. For group bookings, please contact the conference organisers\u00a0<b>before<\/b> completing your registration <a title=\"\" href=\"mailto:scar@confer.co.nz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scar@confer.co.nz.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you do request payment by invoice, please ensure that payment is made within 7 days or advise us if your organisation has a payment schedule that falls outside of this. Your invoice\/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.<\/p>\n<h4>Registration cancellation and refund policy<\/h4>\n<p>We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to <a href=\"mailto:scar@confer.co.nz\">scar@confer.co.nz<\/a>. Cancellations received on or before 23 May 2023 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 23 May 2023 (including &#8220;no shows&#8221; at the conference).
