Payment Details:
Payments can
be made via direct credit or by a credit card. Delegates must be
registered. Payment instructions are stated on the Confirmation email.
Payments are only accepted in US$.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations received after
1 February 2007 will incur a cancellation fee of US$100, cancellations
received after 14 February 2007 will be liable for full registration
fee and will not receive a refund. Registrations can be transferred to
another participant at any time.
