We are delighted to have been able to get fantastic rates with some of Christchurch's main providers. Please read the details for each hotel below and how to make your booking. You can book your accommodation during the registration process - we only require your credit card details to secure the booking, no pre-payment is required.
We’d like to encourage you to all stay at the conference hotels, as this will mean that everyone’s in the same place, giving more opportunity for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation is available until 18 December 2025. Cancellations from 30 to 1 day prior to arrival and "no shows" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking.
Credit card details must be provided to secure the booking. This card must be valid on the day of check-out of the hotel.
Please note all rates are per room per night, excluding breakfast and including GST.
