🧵 Poster Presentations

 Format & Setup

  • Posters must be printed in A0 portrait format.
  • Velcro dots will be provided for mounting on your assigned board.  We recommend printing your poster on paper rather than fabric material as the Velcro dots do not stick well to the fabric.
  • You will receive a communication at a later date with your poster number and times your poster needs to be on display.  Poster will be on display in the Exhibition Hall and you will need to locate the boar that has your poster number on it.

Dedicated Poster Sessions

There will be 3 dedicated poster sessions (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) during the conference where presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters and engage with delegates. Details will be confirmed and shared prior to the conference.

A local printing option will be available for NZD70 (tax inclusive). Details have been emailed to poster presenters.
