Registration Management

Our system manages every aspect of the Registration Management process right from initial email invitations through to the printing of delegate name badges.

If you have an existing database of previous attendees and/or members, we can import this and send out personalised invitations.

The updated database will be returned to you in digital format at the end of the conference. Our fully secure, simple to use encrypted payment environment accepts all major credit cards and a comprehensive management reporting tool ensures that you stay in total control.

The Online Registration Forms

We offer an online registration process that allows us to capture all necessary details for comprehensive and detailed management. The conference website will link directly to the online registration form.

The form will be designed to reflect the conference design and brand. The form is clear, simple to use, and can collect any custom data that you may find useful for conference planning or association management.

Delegates can pay online using MasterCard and Visa through the secure, data encrypted, online registration form.

Delegate Communications

We believe that regular communication with delegates is another key element for ensuring a positive conference experience.

After completing the online registration process, registrants receive an instant email of confirmation. We manage all delegate communications prior to the conference as well as post conference evaluations and/or messages.

We will send regular conference newsletters with important updates to the programme, all designed to reflect the conference brand.

Onsite Registration Management

The Conferences & Events team will be onsite at all times throughout your conference, supporting your committee and ensuring that all registration, information and administrative details are handled proactively and efficiently.

We also organise the printing, collation, and production of name badges, tickets, and lanyards for all attendees.
